Not just another ropes course!

Build Your Team

Discover how each individual plays a significant role in your group. Create a more efficient, flexible and productive team. Our Corporate Team Building program “Know Your Herd” will help you achieve these goals and more. Develop unique leadership, problem solving and communication skills and learn to become masters at thinking out of the box. This team building exercise includes Circle up break-out sessions, snack or a cowboy barbecue lunch.

Led by our certified professionals, the Stable Connections approach is extremely effective in empowering participants to take the lessons learned in the arena and translate them into new energy, and attitude. It is considered a rapid approach to building team skills including nonverbal communication, leadership, empathy, teamwork, assertiveness, creative thinking, problem-solving, confidence and efficiency.

Horses are intuitive animals that can read and mirror the emotions and energy of the people around them providing vast opportunities for metaphorical learning. Our tailored workshops use the interaction between people and horses as the basis for personal growth and exploring the group’s infrastructure. Because of inherent herd dynamics, each horse has a role in their herd…so our team building workshop is an expeditious way to identify the hierarchy and nuances that lie within your team.

This is not a riding or horsemanship program: all legs are on the ground, human and horse side by side, ready to learn. The emphasis is on non-mounted activities. Participants gain awareness, learn about themselves and others by connecting with the horses.

Each workshop is tailored to the needs of the organization. Offering half or full day programs. Cost is dependent on size and length of the workshop.

Know your Herd team building workshop is an investment in your workforce that will more than pay for itself with new energy and attitude.
